MeF 1040 Software Developer's Package

If you are a software developer currently developing software to use in the MeF 1040 program, and plan to participate with South Carolina, you will need the following software package in order to test and finalize your data. 

This package includes:

• SCDOR MEF1040 Individual Income Tax Guide for Software Developers (SC1346) 
• SC Individual XML Schema
• SC 1040 Test Sample Returns
• XPath Documentation

Once you are ready to test data, you will need to coordinate with SC DOR before your testing begins.  Email your SC DOR contact at least two weeks in advance of testing.
