The South Carolina Department of Revenue has made the most commonly requested tax forms available in electronic format.
These forms are in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the forms, which can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe. Are you having trouble printing or opening forms?
There are specific guidelines if you intend to print a form and submit it. A pop-up script has been added to the forms that outlines the tips for printing so that we can accurately scan the form. Failure to adhere to these printing guidelines may cause the form to be rejected by SCDOR.
