The South Carolina Department of Revenue has made the most commonly requested tax forms available in electronic format.
SCDOR forms are provided in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free of charge, to view and print the forms.
Forms should be printed to actual size, not scaled. Choose “No Scaling” or “Actual Size” in your print options pop up window before you print. Scaled documents cannot be read via SCDOR processing equipment and processing of your forms may be delayed as a result.
If you are unable to print the form, please request a paper form.
