Columbia Restaurant Owner Arrested on Tax Charge


Columbia, SC (July 25, 2013) --- The owner of 360 Sports Grill in Columbia was arrested today for operating without a retail sales tax license.


Lindburgh Porterfield III, 43, was charged by SC Department of Revenue (DOR) investigators after he continued to operate and conduct retail sales at 360 Sports Grill although the establishment’s sales tax license was revoked in June of this year.


Porterfield, a Cayce resident, could face up to 30 days in jail and/or $200 in fines if convicted of the charge.
