South Carolina Department of Revenue investigators arrest a Surfside Beach man and charge him with submitting false information on a business tax application.

41 year old John Harvey, Jr. of 1504 Aries Drive in Surfside Beach, SC was arrested September 29, 2000.

Investigators say Stewart submitted a business tax application to the Department of Revenue for a business in Myrtle Beach called Harvey's RV's.  The application required the name, social security number and address of the owner.  Investigators says Harvey filled out the form using his brother's social security number.  Harvey's brother is neither the owner of Harvey's RV nor is he associated with the business in any manner investigators say.

Harvey faces five years and or a $500 fine if convicted.
