David N. Jerolmon, owner of Brick Yard LTD, 148 Old Rawlinson Road, is being held at the York County Detention Center pending a bond hearing. Revenue Department investigators arrested Jerolmon Nov. 24 for operating his business without a retail sales license. Jerolmon was arrested again today after the Department discovered he continued to operate his business following his November arrest. Jerolmon owns a business that sells bricks and brick-laying equipment. The Revenue Department revoked Jerolmon’s retail sales license last August after the Department accused him of failing to pay state sales tax he collected in his business transactions. Jerolmon is facing up to 30 days in jail if convicted of the latest charge and could face additional jail time for his previous arrest. The York County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Revenue Department in Jerolmon’s arrest today. ###
