The South Carolina Department of Revenue makes available its forms and many publications in portable document format (PDF). You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or later to view and print these documents. If you do not already have a current version of the free Acrobat reader, you can go to the Adobe web site and download a free copy. Previous versions of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (pre version 5.0) are not compatible with our forms and documents and will produce errors.
