Liquor Stores must close on the following days:

• Statewide General election days
• Sunday

Effective July 1, 2001 Beer, wine and alcoholic liquor filing and license fees has increased. All filing fees have increased by $100, all Biennial License Fees have increased by $200. Local Option permits for single Sundays has increased $50 to $200 and annual (52-week) permits has increased by $50 to $3050.
