You will please find attached a copy of the Department of Revenue publication Local, State, and Federal Tax Aspects of Conservation Easements (PDF Format).

The publication is quite thorough and up to date. It was proofed by a Committee composed of many of the leading appraisers, lawyers, realtors and land trust officers in the conservation easement field.

The publication also contains a good deal of information of general interest to non-profit groups and donors.
