Advisory Opinions E-Mail Subscription Service

You can automatically receive our draft, temporary, and final advisory opinions via e-mail. 

To Receive the Advisory Opinions electronically:

Send an e-mail message to: listserv@listserv.sctax.org and type the phrase "SUBSCRIBE POLICY-L" (excluding the quotes) on the first line of the message (not on the subject line).

You will receive a confirmation message and will have 72 hours to reply.  You can reply by following the instructions provided in the confirmation email.  This will ensure that no one is subscribed without approval. 

To Discontinue Receiving Advisory Opinions electronically:

Send an e-mail message to: listserv@listserv.sctax.org and type the phrase "UNSUBSCRIBE POLICY-L" (excluding the quotes) on the first line of the message (not on the subject line).

You will receive a confirmation message stating that you have been removed from the requested list.
